In the Name of God Amen I John Hughey Being Very Low and Weak of Body But of Perfect Mind and MemoryBlessed be God Do this 7th Day of April in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and ninety two and the Sixtenth year of the Independence of America Make and Publish this my Last Will and Testament in Manner Following, that is to say Imprimus I Commend My Soul into the hands of Almight God that gave it and my Body I Recommend the Earth, to be Buired in Decent Christon Burial at then Discretion of My Exuctors And as for that Wordly Estate Wherewith it has Pleased God to Bless me with. I Dispose of as Follows First, I give to my Loving Wife Mary one third part of My Land and one third part of My Moveable Estate induring her Widowhood at the Expiration of her Natural life of Widowhood to Be Equally Devided Between My Sons Thomas and Joseph, Item I give to my Son Thomas one Third Part of my Lands and one third part of my moveable Estate Item I give to my Son Joseph the Other third Part Part of my Land And Moveable Estate Item I give to my Sons James, John, Samuel, george and Henery Each tenshillings. Item I give to my Daughters Martha and Mary Each ten Shillings Item I give to my Daughter Hannah ten Shillings and a Cow and Calf, and I so hereby Nominate and Appoint Make and ordain Mary Hughey, my wife and Thomas Hughey My Son Executors in and over my Estate to see I Distributed According to the tru interest of the Above Will and Testament Signed by Name with my Seal uterly Revoking all former and other Wills Sined Sealed Published and Declared By the Said John Hughey as for the Last Will and Testament In the Presence of Us
