Will of Daniel McKinzey


In the Name of God Amen
I, Daniel McKinzey of the State and District afore said being sound in body and sound in memory blessed be God, I do this day the Twenty Second of August 1815 make to publish this my Last Will and Testament in Manner Following.
Viz To my son William McKinzey I give and Bequeath the sum of one dollar twenty five cents. Also to my daugther Nancy I give and bequeath one dollar twenty five cents. Also to my son Samuel I give and bequeath one dollar and twenty five cents. Also to my daughter Mary I give and bequeath one dollar and twenty five cents. Also to my son Peter I give and bequeath one dollar and twenty five cents. And lastly I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife all the remainder of my real and personal estate during her natural life or widowhood and after her death or widowhood I give and devise the same to my son John McKinzey for ever. And make my loving friends Thomas Rose and Wm Kennedy my executors of this my Last Will to take care and see the same performed according to my true intent and meaning. In witness whereof I the said Daniel McKinzey have to this my Last Will and Testament sign my hand and seal the day and year above written.
Signed sealed and published by the said Daniel McKinzey and for his Last Will and Testament in the presence of us who were present at the signing and sealing thereof.
